💬 Chat — ask Geek anything about leads, permits, or the business. Has 15+ live tools.
CHAT MODELS — WHEN TO USE EACH
Geek defaults to ⚡ Haiku (fastest, cheapest). Use the buttons in the chat bar to upgrade:
⚡ Haiku (default) — execute a known decision, paste a message, simple routing, quick lookups. ~19× cheaper than Opus.
✦ Sonnet (toggle) — research trade-offs, diagnose problems, draft nuanced replies, multi-step business analysis. Use when the task needs thinking, not just execution. ~5× cheaper than Opus.
🔥 Opus (break-glass) — maximum reasoning for high-stakes decisions. Treat like a fire extinguisher: smash the glass only when Sonnet genuinely can't cut it. Click the 🔥 button → confirm → click again to revert. Use sparingly — most expensive.
Rule of thumb: if you're telling Geek what to do → Haiku. If you're asking Geek to figure something out → Sonnet. Real money on the line → Opus.
BACKGROUND ACTIVITY
Every ~2 hours Geek runs a background watchdog: scans for new leads, stale outreach, and overdue reminders. If anything needs attention, Sonnet drafts a recommended action and queues it. When you next open chat, Geek will tell you what she found.
